Note: Usually the door panels of the '98 - '02 cars cracked shortly after purchased due to stress on plastic due to staples.  A fix was published in Pontiac Performance magazine which I had applied to both doors by an interior specialist which prevents the cracking.  There is a 3/4 inch crack on the driver side and a 1/4 inch crack on the passenger side which were there when I purchased it.  Both are barely noticeable  Since the work was performed in '07 the panels have been reinforced and no longer continue to crack.
